Hunter and her lawyer appear on Larry King
According to a close source, it appears that Hunter and her lawyer Patricia Vaccarino have had a parting of the ways. In the later part of July 2008, Hunter’s attorney Patricia L. Vaccarino filed a motion in the Clark County Court in Las Vegas,Nevada to remove herself from the case altogether.
If you are not aware, this lawyer has been working with Hunter from the start of her malpractice lawsuit which originally began around 2006 in the case no. 06-A-5201320-C.
When Hunter’s son, Mickey died last year, the case was merged into a wrongful death suit against the LCSW Shanna Downing who treated Mickey before his death. Now, at this point I am not certain why exactly Vaccarino is no longer on the case, but the major concern to me is how will this affect the remainder of Hunter’s lawsuit? More details should be forthcoming. Whatever happens I wish Hunter all the best.
